Marketing Communication

The Marketing Communication function helps merchants establish closer customer ties through emails and text messages. The currently supported communication method is to send Promotion messages to customers by email or SMS.

How to set up an email/SMS marketing campaign:

Step 1: Select a Promotion activity

 

The promotion activities that can be selected here are the ones that are 'open and the valid time has not expired' in the current store.

Step Two: Choose a Template

Email template selection page:

We have designed three different basic email styles for merchants on this page, and merchants can choose the email style they like.

Email template modification:

After the merchant selects the basic template, he can enter the template modification page to make corresponding adjustments to the email template. On this page, merchants can adjust the logo image, main email image and email content.

SMS template selection modification page:

We have designed three different SMS content templates for merchants on this page, and merchants can choose the appropriate marketing content. Each SMS template supports modification and rewriting.

 

Unique code generation and sending: For promotions that have been set up with 'manual application' and 'Unique Code', when sending emails and text messages to customers, the corresponding unique codes will be automatically generated and included in the emails, and text messages sent.

Step Three: Choose Your Audience

When we finish editing the content, we will enter the audience selection page. This page displays all customer information in the current store to choose from. At the same time, there is also a display of the corresponding number of available Email/SMS on the page.

Step 4: Preview the audience and send

After selecting the audience, the next step is to preview and send the information.

 

There are two ways to send, which are immediately sending and scheduled sending. Scheduled sending can support setting the sending at any time in the future.

How to recharge the number of available emails and text messages

Each merchant will receive 1,000 emails and 100 text messages for free when this function is launched. Merchants can call ABC’s customer service hotline when they need to recharge. The price of Email is $15 for 10,000 messages, and the price of SMS is $15 for 1,000 messages. Charge from $15.
