Marketing Communication function helps merchants establish closer connections with customers through emails and text messages. Currently supported communication methods are sending information to customers via email or text message promotion.

How to set up an email/SMS marketing campaign:

Step 1:Choose a Promotion Type

Step 2: Choose a template

We have designed three different basic email styles for merchants on this page. Merchants can choose the email style and style they like.

Email template modification:

After the merchant selects the basic template, he can enter the template modification page to make corresponding adjustments to the email template. On this page, merchants can adjust the logo image, email main image and email content.
SMS template selection modification page:

We have designed three different SMS content templates for merchants on this page, and merchants can choose appropriate marketing content. Each SMS template supports modification and rewriting by merchants.
One-person-one-code code generation and sending: For promotions that are set up with 'manual application' and 'one person, one code' system, when sending to customers via email and SMS, the corresponding unique discount code will be automatically generated and included in the email and SMS content. Send them together.

Step 3: Select your audience

When we finish editing the content, we will enter the audience selection page. This page displays all customer information currently in the store for merchants to choose from. At the same time, the corresponding number of available emails/text messages is displayed on the page.

There are two delivery methods supported, namely immediate delivery and scheduled delivery. Scheduled delivery can support setting delivery at any time in the future.

How to recharge the number of available emails and text messages

When this function is launched, each merchant will receive 1,000 emails and 100 text messages for free. If subsequent merchants need to recharge, they can call ABC's customer service hotline. The price of email is $15 for 10,000 messages, and the price of text messages is $15 for 1,000 messages. Deposit starting from $15.

    Answer: Yes, we have set up a theme color picker in the email editing interface, which can be combined with the brand's theme color to set the theme color of the email.
