This guide explains how to access and manage the waitlist feature in customer mode
Access the waitlist feature through the website or through the app ABCPOS Queuing app. App access is only supported on iPadOS 16 and above.
View Customer Mode
- Click on the setting icon and click on mode selection to select between staff mode and customer mode.
- You have successfully switched into customer mode when you see the following page
View the Queue Status of the Store
Customers can easily view the queue status within each category on the Customer Mode homepage.
Join the Queue
Click on ‘Join Waitlist’ and complete the subsequent information requirements to join the queue.
- Select number of diners
- Enter your name
- Enter your phone number
- Confirm you information and receive a waiting number
Leave the Queue
To leave the queue, click on cancel in the right hand corner. The customer will be prompted to:
- Enter their waiting number
- Enter their phone number
- Waitlist canceled confirmation
Other Feature Settings
There are five additional feature settings that can be accessed with an employee PIN including:
- Language settings
- Brief/full information mode toggle
- Wait time display settings
- Number settings
- Color settings
