Customer Mode allows businesses to display the queue status of each line in the current store. It also enables customers to join or leave the queue independently, making it convenient for customers to view information while helping the business.

How to change to Customer Mode
You can click the setting icon and select the ‘Mode Selection’ module, then change it to 'Customer Mode'

Customers can view the current queue status of the store
Users can easily view the queue status within each category on the Customer Mode homepage.
Customers add themselves to the queue
Click on ‘Join Waitlist’ and complete the subsequent information requirements to join the queue.

Other Feature Settings
Customer Mode also supports five additional feature settings, including language settings, brief/full information mode toggle, wait time display settings, number settings, and color settings. After employee verification via PIN input, these settings can be modified.
