The guide provides instructions on setting up and using tablet ordering

Manage Settings

Within the general settings page, you can switch between different modes and enable certain functions

  1. User Togo Mode
  2. User Dine-In Mode
  3. Staff Ordering Mode
  4. Digital Menu Mode

User Togo Mode

  • Accept Credit Card Payment: Enable this feature to allow customers to pay by credit card on the tablet. If disabled, a receipt will print for payment at the front desk.

User Dine-In Mode

  • Select Table Number: Assign a table number to the tablet
  • Direct Kitchen Sending: Enable this feature to allow customers to send orders to the kitchen with one click. If disabled, a staff member can check the order for accuracy and a password is required before submitting orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Call Service Device Setting: In this mode, customers can also call for human assistance anytime by clicking the 'Call Service' button at the top of the ordering page. 

Staff Ordering Mode

This mode is designed for waitstaff use

  • Employee Served: Enabling this feature allows the tablet to be assigned to a specific staff member. Staff can select their name from the list of all waitstaff in the current store.
  • Lock Table Number: Enabling this feature locks a table number to the tablet. If disabled, the waitstaff will have to enter a table number each time they operate the tablet
  • Accept Credit Card Payments: Enable this feature to allow customers to pay by credit card on the tablet. If disabled, a receipt will print for payment at the front desk.

Digital Menu Mode

Under this mode, ordering functionality is not supported, it's solely for users to browse the menu.
