Manage surcharges, discounts, and staff permissions for applying them.
Set Up a Surcharge or Discount
Dashboard > Settings > Store Settings > Surcharges & Discount- Click "Add Surcharge" or "Add Discount"
- Enter Surcharge or Discount Name. This will be listed on the receipt
- Enter Surcharge or Discount Rate. This can be set as a percentage or amount
Add Surcharge or Discount to Order
- On the Payment screen, tap surcharge or discount
- Select a preset surcharge/discount or manually enter a value or percentage
Set up permissions on Surcharge & Discount
Dashboard > Employee > Set Roles
Set permissions to control whether staff can apply surcharges or discounts.
- Click the role that you want to make changes.
- Select the necessary permissions under Order for each employee role
- Restart the POS to apply the permission changes
