This beginner friendly guide provides an overview of the fundamental features for taking a POS order
Before diving in, let's familiarize ourselves with the top navigation on the Home screen:
- Notification: View important notifications
- Orders: View all orders (Pickup, Delivery, Dine-In, ToGo, Online Orders)
- More: Access additional POS functions, such as Orders, Payout, Gift Card, and more
- Language: Switch languages
How to Take a POS Order
Step 1: Select type of order from the Home screen
Skip to Step 3, if you are placing a ToGo/Stay Order
Step 2: Input Delivery/Pickup Order Information
Select/create a customer for the order. Input the pickup/delivery time and click Next
Step 3: Add Items to Order
- Select desired items
- Use the column to adjust items (add, minus, delete) and add special requests
Step 4: Finalize Order
- Option 1: For Pickup, Delivery, or Dine-in orders, you may prefer to send the order to the kitchen before processing payment. Press Send All
- Option 2: For To-Go or Stay orders, you may prefer to proceed directly to payment. Press Pay
