# Tech Support: Set Up Sunmi HandPOS Device

## This guide will help you prepare and configure your Sunmi handheld device in order to quickly begin processing payments.

#### **Step 1: Download two apps: Abcpos and SUNMI**

#### **Step 2: Import JSON Files**

- Mov the two JSON files to **Downloads, **in the **File **app

If the files are not generated already, **contact Ping**

#### Step 3: Check the merchant info and activate 

- **Open SUNMI App** and input username and password. The account login info should have been assigned when the new device was sent.
- Confirm and/or modify merchant info. Click **Activation** to save information. **Menu > Setting > Merchant Settings > Activation**
