Your A920 Pro Device comes with the following accessories:

You may also have an optional charger and external printer included, but this document addresses the most basic delivery configuration.
PAX A920Pro Specs
Charging the Device
- On the back of the device at the bottom, unlock the battery cover and remove it. Lift the battery from the device and remove the plastic tab.
- Re-install the battery and cover.
- Start charging the device by inserting the USB Type-C connector in the device's charging port, located on the left side.
Installing the Receipt Paper
- On the back of the device near the top, lift the lever to unlock and open the printer cover.
- Make sure the paper unrolls from the back of the roll. Place the roll of printer paper in the paper tray, leaving about 2 inches (5 cm) of paper beyond the printer's cutter.
- Close the printer cover until it snaps into place and remove any excess paper.
Connect the Device to Wi-Fi
- On the terminal’s main screen, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi
- Turn on Wi-Fi and select your desired network. Enter password and connect to Wi-Fi
Abcpos App
- Download and install the Abcpos App from the PAXStore on the terminal.
- Input the Username and Password
- Choose the Main Computer to connect with ABC Handheld POS
- Login to ABC Handheld POS with your account

Do you support chip card terminals? Are you certificated by the payment processor?

- Magnetic Stripe Card
- Slide the card through the card reader slot from left to right or from right to left Make sure that the card is fully inserted into the card reader while swiping the card.
- IC/Smart Card Reader
- Insert the card fully into the reader with the metallic contacts facing up. Make sure that the card is fully inserted into the card reader while scanning the card.
- Contactless Card Reader
- The contactless card reader reads cards and devices placed roughly within an inch (2.5 mm). For best results, place as close to the reader as possible and center the card over the tap to pay icon at the top of the device.
Device Care & Maintenance
How to clean the device?
- To clean the screen, apply distilled water or mild glass cleaner onto a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe the terminal.
DO NOT:
- use industrial strength or abrasive cleaners as it may damage or scratch the screen.
- Do not immerse the device in water.
- Do not spray water or cleaner into EMV Card Reader or ports.
- Do not use or place the device or battery in hot areas, direct sunlight and/or smokey, dusty environments.
- Do not strike, squeeze, and/or tread on battery.
When should the battery be replaced?
- If the battery is deformed or damaged, please stop using it immediately and replace it.
- If the continuous working time is only half of a new battery, the battery life may be at its end. Please replace it.
How should I take care of the battery?
- The specified battery model and charger must be used, otherwise there may be an explosion.
- The charging time cannot exceed 24 hours. Please recharge in an appropriate time and then disconnect the device.
- Recharge the battery at least once every 6 months to avoid shortening its life. Replace battery every two years.
- Correctly dispose of your used batteries

What are usage tips for terminal installation?
- If any cables become damaged, seek a replacement.
- Do not insert unknown materials into any port on the A920 Pro; this may cause serious damage.

- Avoid exposing the device to an excessively hot, dusty, or strong electromagnetic environment.
