Abc Sale Report provides detailed key sales data, a breakdown of sales, discounts, drawer sales, order type, and table type. You can filter by branches, time of a day, day, and month, also, export the report from this section.
4.1. Sales Summary
This tab shows the Sales Summary of all branches and selected. Select the time range(hourly, daily, monthly) and switch among Gross, Net, and Volume.
You are able to:
- Exporting the “Daily Sales Summary” file
- Exporting the “Branch Sales Summary”
4.2. Discount Summary
This section shows all item discounts, order discounts, and promotions.
After the branch, the time range is selected, you can find:
- Discount Summary bar chart: It shows all item discounts, order discounts, and promotions.
- Discount summary breakdown: It shows total discounts with each discount (number and amount) listed. It also shows Loyalty Discount redeemed if it’s not 0. Loyalty redeemed wouldn’t be calculated into Total Discounts.
Click “Export” to export all data into an excel file.
- Daily Discount Details table: It shows discounts and promotions in each hour.
Click the “Export” and “Print” button to export/print the details.
4.3. Order Type
After the branch, the time range is selected, you can find:
- Order Type Summary bar chart: In this section, Sales categories into each order type available. Show order types that have sales (hide the ones with sales of 0). You can switch between total sales, gross sales, net sales, and sales tickets.
- Order Type summary breakdown pie chart, it shows Order Type Total Sales in a pie chart
- Daily Order Type Details table: For each order type, it shows a detailed calculation for each order type.
- The “Export” and “Print” button from Daily Order Type Details.
4.4. Cash Drawers
- Cash Drawer Bar Chart: It shows the “Cash Remain” or “Cash In” for each terminal..
- Cash Drawer Summary: The summary shows the data for all terminals, the formula here is the: Total Cash In - Cash Tips - Delivery Fee - Cash Payouts = Cash Remain. The row may be hidden if it’s 0.
- Drawer Breakdown: The 2 pie charts show Cash In/Cash Remain for each terminal
- Drawer Details: The table uses the same formula as Summary, but for each terminal.
4.5. Table Type
- Table Type Summary: It shows Total Sales, Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Sales Tickets for each table type.
- Total Sales Breakdown: The breakdown shows the total sales of each table type.
- Table Type Details: The table shows a detailed calculation for each table type. The formula is the same as overview summary
