      Improvements

      1.Allow QR codes to add points on Sales and Packer receipts for all order types.

      2.Optimize "Special Hour" configuration logic in Online Ordering.

      3.Improve pagination and search on Gift Card and eGift Card pages.

      4.UI displays wrong date when Sold Out is set to Today.
