Promotion redesigned

We are excited to announce the release of our latest update, which includes a redesigned promotion feature in the back office. Our team has been working hard to create a more user-friendly and effective system for your promotions.

With this update, you will now have access to four different kinds of promotions:

  1. Buy One Get One: Encourage customers to purchase more by offering a free or discount item with their purchase.


  2. Special Price Item: Offer selected products at a reduced price to attract customers to your store.
  3. Discount Event: Run a sale on any of your meny book or select items to incentivize customers to drop by and pay!
  4. Min Purchase Discount: This promotion allows you to offer a discount or free item to customers who spend a certain amount of money in your store.

To perfectly leverage promotion (Buy One Get One, Special Price Item, Discount Event, and Spend and Save), we provides different distribution methods of discount codes to help you incentivize customers and boost sales:

  1. Unify Promotion Codes: Generate unify codes for each of your promotions
  2. Automatic Promotion: Allow promotions to be automatically applied to orders at the POS, eliminating the need for manual application and streamlining the checkout process.
  3. Unique Promotion Codes: Generate unique, one-time use promotion code for each of your customers, great fit for email&sms marketing
  4. In addition to these exciting new promotions, you will also have the ability to track their performance. You can view the usage count, total sales, and average sales of each promotion, giving you valuable insight into what works best for your business.

Marketing Communication

We are thrilled to announce the latest release of our POS system, featuring brand new email and SMS marketing capabilities!

Email marketing:
  • Create stunning promotion emails with our expertly designed templates
  • Notify customers about upcoming events and promotions via email
SMS marketing:
  • Quickly select pre-designed templates for promotion events with specific preview on phone
  • Customize them with unique promotion codes and send them to specific user groups via text message

To help our users optimize their marketing campaigns, we've also included intuitive performance tracking panels that make it easy to monitor and analyze the success of each action.

 

Reports for deleted dish and void order

In this update, we provides sales reports for deleted dish and void order. We enable our users to look at detailed infos for deleted actions and track on related orders throughout businees days.

Improvements

  • Speed up filter loading time on customer profile page
  • Removed Sales Trends section from overview report
  • Now users are able to change role & change corresponding shift at the same time in employee profile editing
  • Add restriction to forbid duplicate table names to prevent confusion
  • Added save button to online order setting, provided "save success" feedback for success save attempts in online order-setting
  • (Internal) Added activation buttons for QR table & self order add-ons on management page
  • Improved user experience for order type report
  • Added a template excel to healp users import numerous customer profile
  • Added scope settings in user permission setting, owners can enable/disable users' access to account management/ permission setup

Improved user experience in remote report browsing, including:

  • Add the check box for remembering the username.
  • Redesign the 2-step Verification Page and add the trust device option.
  • Redesign Profile Page.
  • Add the quantity of each payment type.
  • Add the quantity of each order type
  • Remove images for items in the Product Report

Removed preview photos for top selling/ popular products in overview & product reports,make dashboard more concise and straight-forward

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue when staff swithch the branch also have to delete shifts in the previous branch
  • Fixed issue where approval time is calculated incorrectly when adjusting checkin/out time manually
  • Fixed issue where the dashboard show nothing when client visit the overview page
  • Fixed a bug that closeout online payment doesn’t match online order report
  • Fixed a bug that highest value doesn’t match histogram’s highest value in cash payment report
  • Fixed an issue that certificate report doesn’t show histogram
  • Fixed an issue that for monthly report, time range in histogram sometimes doesn’t match the actual calendar days. For example, Januaray report only show data for 28 days
  • Fixed an issue that monthly option is unavailable for online order report
  • Fixed a typo in customer profile
  • Membership card number -> Referral code
  • Fixed an issue that histogram in membership report doesn’t display properly
  • Fixed an bug that clock in/out time was recorded incorrectly 

POS

New features

Promotion

  • For automatic promotions, discount will apply instantly when the order meets the prerequisite
  • For manual promotions, users are enabled to type in promo code on the checkout page

Improvements

  • Added table number info on all dine-in orders
  •  Add “mark completed” button on the ready status paid order, for user to better monitor their online orders 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the app would crash when attempting to visit membership in customer page
  • Fixed duplicate account error when try to create a customer house account that already exist

New Features

  • Add An Ongoing Order Status Track Module
    We have added a new module of 'order tracking in progress', which allows users to track the order status after placing the order.
