2.11 Release Note

Welcome to the latest version of our software, which includes a range of bug fixes, improvements, and new features. Here are the changes included in version 2.11:

POS

New Features

  • Added support for online catering. Clients can manage customer orders for catering in the "Online Order" section within their POS, and allow clients to accept catering orders automatically and manually.
    新增对团餐网上订单的支持。客户可以在网上订单界面的“团餐”栏目管理顾客的订单,并且支持自动与手动接单。

  • Added support for indicating "request utensils" in online orders.
    新增网上订单“需要餐具”的支持以相应纽约限塑令号召。
  • Added employee-exclusive discounts. Now, varying amounts of discounts can be provided based on the employee's position logged in on the current POS.
    增加员工专属折扣。现在可以根据当前POS上登录的员工职位提供不等数额折扣。
  • Added "Product Sold Out" notification. Sold out products will be marked in the POS.
    增加“商品售罄”提示。已售罄的商品将在POS中标注。
  • Added support for EBT payment method, allowing customers to use food stamps and EBT cash to purchase corresponding items, and enabled customers to check EBT cash and food voucher balances.
    新增对EBT付款方式的支持。允许顾客使用食物券与EBT现金购买对应的商品,并支持余额查询。
  • Added annotations on invoices to indicate items eligible for food voucher payment.
    在发票上新增对支持食物券商品的标注。

Improvements

  • Optimized barcode ordering process. Scanning products with unregistered barcodes will prompt a notification.
    优化条形码下单流程。扫描未录入条形码的商品会收到提示。
  • Added credit card transaction invoice information to assist Opala in tracking corresponding transaction records.
    增加信用卡交易发票信息,帮助Opala追溯对应交易记录。
  • Enhanced Chinese translation support for notifications.
    提升通知的中文翻译支持。

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the issue with end-of-day reports including voided order surcharges.
    修复关店报告包含已作废订单附加费的问题。
  • Fixed the problem where quantity specifications for items within packages couldn't be hidden.
    修复套餐内部商品自带数量规格无法屏蔽的问题。


Back Office

New Features

  • Added "Sold Out" option for menu items, and the sold out status will be displayed on the in-store POS.
    新增菜单商品“售罄”选项,售罄状态会在店内POS端显示。
  • Added featured product recommendations on the homepage.
    在首页新增扩展产品推荐。
  • Added employee-exclusive discounts, allowing customers to adjust discount rates for different positions in the backend.
