      Send Orders To The Kitchen Before Payment

      This is a feature depending on your business model.  Usually, you need this functionality when taking Pickup, Delivery, or Dine-in Orders. * You need to set the kitchen tickets and printers or label printers on your Dashboard first.

      Take and send the order

      1. Add items to order on the POS order screen
      2. Press the “Send” button
      3. See a pop-up screen displaying the order number

      Find the order in Order List

      1. Go to the Order List
      2. Find the order that has been sent to the kitchen. (You can also search for the order with phone# or order#)
