      Payment Report

      All Payment report

      6.1. All Payments

      • Payments Received: The bar chart shows the amount received of each payment type.
      • Payments Summary: It shows the total payment received, total sales, and each payment type received total. Click “Export” to export the data into an excel file.
      • Payment Breakdown: The 2 pie charts show payment types and credit card types.
      • Payment Details: The table shows a detailed amount of each payment type received for each hour/day. The formula is the same as the Payment Summary

       

      6.2. Cash payment

      • Cash Over Time: The bar chart shows cash in/cash remains in each hour/day. By default, Cash In is selected.
      • Cash Summary This data is the same as Cash Drawer Summary(4.4 Cash Drawer)
      • Cash Details It shows each data over time. The formula is the same as the cash summary. The row would be hidden if the data is all 0(or empty).

       

      6.3. Credit Card Payment

      • Credit Card Over Time: The bar chart shows CC in/CC remains in each hour/day. By default, CC In is selected.
      • Credit Card Summary The data shows credit card details.
      • Credit Card Breakdown It shows the amount of each credit card type. The pie chart on the right shows the number of transactions in each credit card type.
      • Credit Card Details: The table shows credit card details in each hour/day. The row would be hidden if the data is all 0(or empty).

       

      6.4. Gift Card Payment

      • Gift Card Over Time: The bar chart shows GF in/GF remains in each hour/day. By default, GF In is selected.
      • Gift Card Summary: The data shows gift card details.
      • Gift Card Details: The table shows gift card details in each hour/day. The row would be hidden if the data is all 0(or empty).

       

      6.5. Loyalty Payment

      • Loyalty Over Time: The bar chart shows Loyalty Paid/Credit Reload in each hour/day. By default, Loyalty Paid is selected.
      • Gift Card Summary: The data shows loyalty payment details.
      • Loyalty Details: The table shows loyalty details in each hour/day. The row would be hidden if the data is all 0(or empty).
      • Loyalty-Branch Details: This section only shows up when “All branches” is selected. It’s hidden if only one branch is selected. It shows the total data of each branch’s loyalty payment transactions.

       

      6.6. Certificate Payment

      • Certificate Received Over Time: The bar chart shows Certificate Received in each hour/day.
      • Certificate Summary The data shows certificate payment details.
      • Certificate Details The table shows certificate details in each hour/day. The row would be hidden if the data is all 0(or empty).

       

      6.7. Voucher Payment

      • Voucher Received Over Time The bar chart shows Voucher Received in each hour/day.
      • Voucher Summary The data shows voucher payment details.
      • Voucher Details The table shows voucher details in each hour/day. The row would be hidden if the data is all 0(or empty)

       

      6.8. Other Payment

      • Other Payments Received Over Time: The bar chart shows Other Payments Received in each hour/day.
      • Other Payments Summary The first pie chart shows each other payments in. The second pie chart shows the number of other payment transactions received. It only shows other payment types that have been received.
      • Other Payment Details The table shows other payment received details in each hour/day. It only shows other payment types that have been received.
