Setup and customize your payment types in the back office
Select Desired Payment Types
Settings > Store Settings > Payment Settings
- Select payment types by clicking on the icons
- Active payment Types will appear in the top row
Overview of Payment Types
- Credit Card:
- Integrated: Insert/tap/swipe the card on the credit card machine
- Not integrated: Transactions will be considered offline payments and will only be used for recording and reports
- Gift Card: Enter the card number or swipe the card. *Card Manager Add-On must be activated
- Loyalty: Select and enter account number or scan QR code
- House Comp: Complimentary meal on the house. You can note the comp and see it in the closeout report.
- Voucher/Certificate: Select and Enter the Voucher/ Certificate #. *Card Manager Add-On must be activated
- Coupon: Enter the $ or % of the coupon value
- House Account: A payment made to a line of credit that allows customers to purchase goods and services without paying immediately
- Alipay and Wechat Pay: Both are considered offline payments and will only be used for recording and reports.
- EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer): A transfer of government benefits from a federal account to a retailer account. Enter the card number or swipe the card
- Account: These are considered offline payments and will only be used for recording and reports
