Once created, the customer will be able to earn points and enjoy benefits immediately. #### **Option 1: POS** 1. Create a new customer and click **Save**, or choose an existing customer. 2. Enable **Membership** 3. Enter customer information 2. Customer will need to swipe their member card or scan their QR code in the loyalty app #### Redeem Points 1. Navigate to Gift Card/Loyalty depending on how your POS was customized 2. Scan the loyalty QR code or swipe the loyalty card to display customer details 3. Press **Redeem Points** 4. Input the number of points the customer would like to redeem 5.
