New clients without Loyalty activated can try basic features for free. To upgrade to Premium, call (718) 321-3888.
Rewards
Customers can earn points in three ways and redeem their points for purchase
- Visit: Earn points per visit
- Amount Spent: Earn points based on purchase total
- New App Download: Earn one-time points for downloading the app and registering
- Redeeming Rewards: Customize your points to dollar ratio
Status Levels
Point Progress
Set up point progress and customize the name, points needed, and color. Reward point benefits can be customized for each level
Benefits
Each status level has benefits that can be enabled/disabled and customized:
- Discounts: Set a percentage off per order
- Point Multiplier: Adjust point earning rates
- Birthday Rewards: Offer a discount and/or point multiplier on a customer's first order on their birthday
- The birthday discount will not apply to all orders on that day or across all branches
- In-Store Benefits: Add in-store benefits (Ex. Free In-store Wifi Connection)
Loyalty App Settings
Set up referral rewards, customer feedback email address, and customize answers to FAQ.
Loyalty reports
Reports > Loyalty
View the summary of loyalty member earned and redeemed points, credits, etc
