Sign In/Up

After downloading the app, tap “Sign In”. The first step is to enter your phone number
(recommended) or email address. Our system will check if your user account exists. If the user
account exists, it will require you entering your password. If not, you will be directed to the Sign
Up screen and finish the signup process.

You can also sign in/up with Google. Tap the “Google” button and select the Google
account you’d like to sign up with. It still requires you to enter some essential information
before you can sign into the app.

My Rewards

Once signed in, you will be able to see your point balance right on the Home screen.
Tap the Rewards button to go to the My Rewards screen. On the My Rewards screen, you can see your total points available, your level status with the benefits, and the progress until thehigher levels. If your point balance is enough for a reward redemption, the reward will be
highlighted. For now, you can only redeem rewards at the store.
To view the benefits of all tier levels, select the Status Levels tab. Select the How It
Works tab to view the earn points rules.

Place a pickup order

Tap “Order Now” to start taking a pickup order. At the top, you can see the location to
pick up the order at. By default, it will select the location that’s closest to the customer’s
current location. Tap to switch to another location. Then you can start taking the order by
adding items.
To pay for the order, there are 2 payment options. By default, you can pay for the order
with their account credit balance. If the credit balance isn’t sufficient to pay for the order, you
can select the credit card saved on the Manage Payments screen to pay for the order.
After placing the order, it will show the pickup location on the screen. You can earn
points by taking an order on the app as well. And the order will appear in your order history
after it’s accepted on the restaurant’s POS.

Manage Payments

Use the side navigation to access the Manage Payments screen. You can see your
account credit balance and the credit card saved for your account. Tap the credit card to
replace it with another one. Only one credit card can be saved at a time. After adding a credit
card, you can then reload credits to your account.
Tap the + button to see the Reload popup. You can either select an amount or enter a
custom amount to reload to your account. Up to $100 can be reloaded to your account
balance each time. And your account balance cannot exceed $500. After the payment
successfully goes through, the credits will be added to your account.

History

You can access the History screen using the side navigation. There are 2 sections:
Order history and membership history. In the order history, you can see all the orders you have
taken either using the app, online order, self order, or at the stores. Tap an order to see the
order details, including the order summary, items, and order total.
Membership History shows the transactions when the customer’s point balance and
credit balance changes. It also shows the customer’s tier level, their current point balance and
the total points earned by them.

Locations

Use the side navigation to go to the Locations screen. Tap the Locations button to see
all the branches. Tap a branch to see the location of the branch on the map. It shows the name,
address, and open hours of each branch in the list and the distance from the customer’s
current location.
Tap “Take Order” to start taking an order at the branch. Tap “Directions” to open a map
app to get directions to the selected location.
