      Gift Cards

      This guide explains how to enable electronic (eGift) settings and purchase physical gift card

      eGift Card Settings

      Add On > Card Manager > eGift Card

      Step 1: Choose the platforms where you want to offer eGift Card sales

      • Online Store
      • Loyalty App

      Step 2: Set Up Card Default Amounts and Limits

      Step 3 (Optional): Enable eGift Card Promotion

      eGift Card: Customer View

      Purchase eGift Card

      1. Select Card Design
      2. Select Card Amount
      3. Fill in recipient information

      Redeem eGift Card

      1. Login/Sign Up 
      2. Enter eGift Card Number and apply to your balance

      Purchase Gift Card 

      1. Select Gift Card on POS
      2. Enter card number or swipe card
      3. Load balance
      4. Pay
