How can ABC Employer create a new account for the restaurant owner

How can Restaurant Owner create an Enterprise structure system using the new account just created by ABC staff?

1. New Restaurant BO Management Link: https://master.d2yi1ddcs9jglt.amplifyapp.com/passport/login
2. Input the user name and password you just registered.

 3. After the users log in, users will enter the Company Level BackOffice, for the Company Level BackOffice, we have the sidebar including “Company Info”, and “User Account” section.
(The purpose of Company Level BackOffice is that we provide Enterprise owners or multi-brands owners with a higher lever BackOffice where they can log into any the brand they want, change the user account permission.)

 

In the Sidebar "Company Information" section, we can see the Company Elon_Musk_Enterprise we just created in the first step.

1. Users can click the Edit button of “Elon_Musk_Enterprise” to Edit Company Info. Because Elon_Musk_Enterprise is the Top Company, it doesn’t have a “Parent Company” option.
2. Click the “Add Company” button to create a new company called Tesla. Because there are no other options in “Parent Company”, the default parent company is “Elon_Musk_Enterprise”.
3. Click the “Add Company” button to create a new company called "Tesla_China". Set its parent company as “Tesla”.
4. Click the “Add Company” button to create a new company called "Tesla_America". Set its parent company as “Tesla”.
5. Click the “Add Company” button to create a new company called "SpaceX". Set its parent company as “Elon_Musk_Enterprise”.
6. Click the “Add Company” button to create a new company called "SpaceX_China". Set its parent company as “SpaceX”.
7. Click the “Add Company” button to create a new company called "SpaceX_America". Set its parent company as “SpaceX”.

An Elon Musk's Enterprise Structure will be created successfully. The top layer company is the company "Elon_Musk_Enterprise". Under the top layer company is the second layer companies, which are "Tesla" and "SpaceX". Under the second layer company "Tesla" we can see the third layer company "Tesla_China" and "Tesla_America". Under the second layer company "SpaceX" we can see the third layer company "SpaceX_China" and "SpaceX_America".  (All the companies currently can't be accessed because there is no store under all of each company)

How can Restaurant owners create stores under an Enterprise structure system?

1. In the Sidebar "Company Information" section, we can see the Company Elon_Musk_Enterprise  structure we just created in the last step.
2. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "Tesla_China Store 1". Set its parent company as “Tesla_China”.
3. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "Tesla_China Store 2". Set its parent company as “Tesla_China”.
4. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "Tesla_America Store 1". Set its parent company as “Tesla_America”.
5. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "Tesla_America Store 2". Set its parent company as “Tesla_America”.
6. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "SpaceX_China Store 1". Set its parent company as “SpaceX_China”.
7. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "SpaceX_China Store 2". Set its parent company as “SpaceX_China”.
8. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "SpaceX_America Store 1". Set its parent company as “SpaceX_America”.
9. Click the “Add Store” button to create a new store called "SpaceX_America Store 2". Set its parent company as “SpaceX_America”.
10. Finally, 8 stores will be created successfully under 4 different companies. The user only can access the companies that have direct subordinate stores. If the user clicks the second layer company "Tesla_China", then the user will be led to the current low-level BO, on the top-left drop-menu user can click and see they have 3 options: All Stores, Tesla_China Store 1, and Tesla_China Store 2, and the user is on the All Stores level. If users want to go back to High-level BO, they can click the top right

corner button and click the “My Companies”.

Tips:

1. A store icon will appear in front of the store level in the tree-level diagram.
2. Store is at the lowest level of the structure. Users can’t add any company or store under a store.
3. User can’t add a store on top of another store.

How can Restaurant owners check their own User Accounts?

1. Go to the User Account section
2. Click your own account or click the top-right drop menu "My profile" button to check your own profile.
3. In the pop-up menu, click the "Company" drop menu, then you can check the company permission you owned on a tree diagram.

Tips: 

1. The admin account is the account created by the ABC Employee at the beginning. 
2. It is the highest level account, it has full access to company access permission. 
3. Each account can’t edit or alter its own Company Access permission.
4. Admin account can’t be deleted.
5. The account can edit Login Id, Password, Nickname, Email, Phone, and role permission.
6. The user only can grant the company access permission they already have to other accounts.

How can Restaurant Owner create a new User Account?

1. Click the "Add Account" button.
2. Add a new account for Bryant. Set Bryant only can access "Tesla_China".
3. Here we grant Bryant “Tesla_China” permission or "Tesla_China Store 1", and "Tesla_China Store 2" permission is different, the former means Bryant has full access to the “Tesla_China” company(HQ), if there are stores added under this company, Bryant can automatically get new stores' permission, the latter means Bryant only have these 2 stores' permission, no matter how many restaurants added under this company in the future.
4. Then log out of the current account and Log into the High-level BO with the Bryant account, then we only can see the "Tesla_China" and its 2 stores tree diagram structure in the "Company Information" section.

Tips: When using Bryant's account log into Bo, if Bryant wants to add a new account for others, he can only grant the company or store he owned.
