Where to check account history?
Order History here includes all account recent transactions, including membership and house account transactions.
Where to set House Account permission?
House Account POS permission settings:

Allow House Account as a payment type to be used on the POS end.

- Create a New House Account. (Allow user to turn general customer account into House Account)
- Edit House Account Total Credit Limit. (Default Total Credit Limit $1000)
- Edit House Account Billing Date
- Edit House Account Number
- Enable existing House Account
- Disable House Account

Where to check the House Account report?
- Add new section House Account under Report part.
- Under the Summary section, the user can see each branch’s total customer Payment, how many credits the customer recharges the house account, and the balance.
- Under House Account Report section. View the percentage of accounts with payments on time and the percentage of accounts with overdue payments
- Payment means the total amout of the customer’s purchase action. Credit means the total amount of customers recharging or pay off their house account bill. ( For the monthly reports we provide Credit and Balance section)
How to pay the House Account bill on POS?
- On the POS Payment page, click the House Account first, and then enter the Phone number or house account number to pay for the bill.
- After payment successfully, the user can check the account total available credit and current balance.
Payoff Page on POS
- Go to the Gift card page.
- Go to the “House Account”
- Click House Account and input house account number or house account phone number.
- Under the Account Summary section, the user can change House Account Number. Users can check the Name, Phone, Email, Total available credit, current balance, total credit limit. (1. Section “Value” change name to “Account Summary” will make more sense. 2. Section “History” change name to “Recent Transactions” will make more sense here.)
- Input the amount of balance.
- Choose the payment type.
- Under the History section. Users can check Transaction Type, Time, Branch, Credit Adjustment, Credit Balance, Total Available Credit.
