Create New Employee Profile

Employee > Profiles > Select branch (if necessary)

  1. Click on Add Profile
  2. Input employee information
  3. Set employee permissions
    1. Require Clock In: Only allow employee access to the POS while on shift
    2. Super Role: Allows employee to freely access any POS. Usually limited to the boss or administrators 
    3. POS Pin: Set up PIN for the local POS
  4. Set up employee position, shift, salary, etc

To deactivate an employee, click on the employee profile and click deactivate at the bottom right corner of the screen

 


Create a New Shift

Employee > Schedules> Select a Branch> Shift Settings

  1. Click "+" to add a shift
  2. Input shift information

Set Up Schedule 

Employee > Schedules > Select branch (if necessary)

There are two options to arranging the schedule: Renewing a shift to recur for a set period of time or manually arranging shifts

Option 1: Renew Shifts

  1. Select an employee or all employees
  2. Click Actions > Renew Shift
  3. Renew shift for a set period of time (Maximum renew shift period: 4 months)

You CANNOT undo a renew shift action

 

Option 2: Manually Arrange Shifts

  1. Select an employee
  2. Click a time slot to manually add a schedule to the employee


Manage Employee Attendance

Employee > Attendance > Select branch (if necessary)

View daily/weekly attendance or attendance summary

Print or export attendance summary

Employee > Attendance > Summary

  1. Select the desired time period
  2. Select specific employee (if necessary)
  3. Click Export 

The attendance summary will automatically download into a .xlsx file
