8.1. Dine-in Guests Report
- Guest Number Over Time: The bar chart shows the number of dine-in guests over time.
- Dine-In Guest Summary It shows details of dine-in customers. Average per guest = Total Dine-in Sales/Guest Count. Duration is the average duration of the dine-in orders. Table Turnover rate = average order count per hour/number of tables
- Customer Breakdown of the first pie chart shows the number of guests whose average spending falls under the groups. The 4 groups are fixed: <$10, $10-25, $25-50, >$50. The second pie chart shows the number of party size that falls under the groups. The 4 groups are fixed: 1-2, 3-4, 5-8, >9.
- Sales Details It shows the same data from Dine In Guest Summary details in each hour/day.

Part 9. Employee Report
- Employee Sales: The bar chart shows the “Total Sales” of the orders or the number of orders taken by each employee.
- Total Sales Breakdown: The pie chart shows the total sales of each employee.
- Daily Employee Details: The table shows detailed information about each employee daily/monthly depending on the selection of the date picker.
Part 10. Gift Card Report
- View by branch: In this section, you are able to view the report by selecting the time period. The following report will be generated:
- Branch
- Gift Card Purchase
- Gift Card Sales
- Exporting/ Printing the Gift Card Sales/Purchase report: Select the time period by Date and Hourly | Daily | Monthly, then click Export/ Print to continue
