      Credit Card Connect POS Procedures

      Credit Sale：


      1. Payment type - Credit Card

      2. Payment:

      1. After clicking credit card – screen show (waiting for credit terminal)
      2. Credit card terminal will show 
        • INSERT/ TAP/SWIPE     
      3. Printer  print – one copy of merchant copy/ customer copy         

      4. Go back to Main Screen – click more 



      4. Transaction History 

      1. Click Transaction

      5. Credit Card Transactions


      1. Show all the transactions 
      2. Tips - Enter tips

      5A.Credit Card Transactions-Void

      1. Void – same-day transactions can be void. 

      5B. Credit Card Transactions – Batch

      1. Batch – after entering tips, click batch close
      2. Settlement status - Closed

      6.Refund Transaction 

      6A. Refund - Employee Pin Number

      1. Enter the pin number 

      6. B. Enter the refund amount 

      1. Enter the amount 
      2. Click confirm
      3. Credit card terminal will show 
        • INSERT/ TAP/SWIPE     
      4. Printer  print – one copy merchant copy/ customer copy              

      Note: 

      How to add the tips after batch closed? 

      1. Retrieve full credit card number and expired date
      2. Call 1(866)597-5921 – wait for few mins customer service representative will be online
      3. Customer service representative：
        • Name – the person that call in, position 
        • Verify Merchant Number – MID – terminal have it
        • Business address
        • Last deposit to the bank account 
        • Date of the transaction, last 4, amount 
        • after retrieve full credit card number

      Follow the procedures below:

      Terminal:  Pax S300 – Xpress

      Click OPEN FOOD 

      A Enter Tip amount


      Click pay

      Change the price to the actual tips amount $1.00


      Click Payment Type – Credit Card

      1. F1 – Spin bypass
      2. Credit/Sales
      3. Enter tip amount ($1.00)
      4. Press Ok X 1
      5. Credit card terminal – Insert/Tap/ Swipe
        1. Key in the full credit card number
        2. Key in the expired date press OK

      Dejavoo Z8 –RES 

      ADD TIPS

       

      1. F3 – TURN SPIN BYPASS
      2. MANAGER PASSWORD(1234)
      3. CREDIT/SALE ( enter tip amount $1.00) 
      4. PRESS OK X 2
      5. Credit card terminal – Insert/Tap/ Swipe
        1. Key in the full credit card number
        2. Key in the expired date press OK

      Dejavoo Z8 – RES

      Refund 

      1. F3 – TURN SPIN BYPASS
      2. MANAGER PASSWORD(1234)
      3. CREDIT/SALE ( PRESS YELLOW BUTTON)
      4. CREDIT/RETURN (ENTER RETURN AMOUNT)
      5. PRESS OK X 2
      6. Credit card terminal – Insert/Tap/ Swipe
        1. Key in the full credit card number
        2. Key in the expired date press OK
